Spirited is therefore an American musical film, bearing on the theme of Christmas, the production of which was ensured by Sean Ander and Jean Morris. The film stars Ryan Reynolds as Ebenezer Scrooge with Will Ferrell playing Present aka the Ghost of Christmas Present. At their side, we find Octavia Spencer with a role that is not yet revealed.
The images shared by Ryan Reynolds are unsurprisingly centered on these three actors. In one of the black and white shots, Reynolds can easily be seen hugging Ferrell warmly. And the one who has evolved several times in the skin of Deadpool seems to appreciate this moment full of emotions.

Spirited was a very trying experience for Ryan Reynolds
The film describes itself as a modern musical adaptation of the famous Christmas ghost story written by Charles Dickens. The original story centers on Ebenezer Scrooge, a selfish, greedy character who hates Christmas. On Christmas Eve, he is visited by the ghost of his former associate Jacob Marley accompanied by Christmas spirits from the past, present and future.
Ryan Reynolds revealed that the film was a big challenge for him. He reveals that he doesn’t believe he could have taken on such a difficult role three years earlier. He finally announced that the time was right for him to take a sabbatical in his career.
In his statement, he also expressed his joy at working with Ferrell and Spencer. Two exceptional actors of kindness and talent according to him. Hoping to see him again very soon, we will soon find Spirited in theaters on November 11, 2022 and on Apple TV+ on November 18.
